This book is the result of ten years of studies, research, and of work with seed harvesting and preparation, seedling
production and reforestation with native forest species. Its purpose is to popularize the knowledge on our tree species and
provide guidance concerning their cultivation.
The present work also intends to provide subsidies to the easy identification of plants by means of the use of photographs
of their main identifying components, regardless of the need to refer to a descriptive text reading. Only information which
could not be presented in photographs was described, such as plant height, trunk diameter, leaf texture, etc.
Each species, totalizing 352, is presented in a sole page, 6 photographs and written information are included. |
